|Recommended: YesI've lived in Rosewood Village since Sept. 22. It's a clean place to live. Nice laundry room pool. Close to shopping. The maintenance office staff is nice in taking care of any issues. It's been a pest free place since I've been here. A big plus The decks patio doors are being remodeled. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice apartment.
|Recommended: YesI've lived at Rosewood Village since 9 22. I haven't had any issues with pests, maintenance, or staff. I had a heat issue A. C. issue that was a minor problem. Both were resolved very quick.. The laundry room is nice. There's a pool the apts. are pet friendly. It's located closer to shopping the Glenstone Sunshine area. The apts. are clean pretty well maintained. Security patrolled. They are upgrading the decks patio doors. It's been a nice change from my previous apartment. I would recommend Rosewood Village to anyone needing a place to live
|Recommended: YesOverall ok. Apartment conditions acceptable. Kitchen is too small. Takes too long for water to heat up. Bedroom ok size. Pool is nice. Maintenance was okay most of the year but turnover no one at office, etc all summer made it hard to get maintenance or communication. My AC was 10° hotter than it was set for during heat wave. Took several weeks to get new toilet after clogging overflowing being told they would get new one and to try not to use it only toilet in the meantime - no way to contact anyone except for calling emergency line after hours repeatedly no one around in the day, office calls not returned, no one responded to online maintenance requests, and the Wooten main office doesn't take calls

|Recommended: YesThis is my third year at Rosewood Village and I am continuously impressed at the managements friendlies and professionalism. In the past 3 years I have seen improvements in the exterior lighting, balconies and grounds. I highly recommend looking into living here

|Recommended: YesI’ve lived here for almost two years. Maintenance does address issues when they arise, which I appreciate. However, I do feel the rent is a bit high for what you get. I chose to renew my lease mainly because they offer a 6-month lease option, which works well for my situation.

|Recommended: YesRosewood Village Living — I feel safe here in this location, security makes regular rounds, its not a bad area part of town and its relativity quiet living here. Some tenants don't pick up after their pets I have noticed and there has been some arguing outside lately but thats nothing for me. I have had some crappy homes before due to financial burdens in past or just needing a place to live. This property is well maintained, rules are enforced and is a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesI've lived here 3 1 2 years, and it's been good. Morgan is great and goes above and beyond Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. The laundry room is spacious and does a nice job. The apartment itself is nice. Sometimes the area is a little sketchy but hard to find anywhere that's not in SPFG

|Recommended: YesIt's been 3 years of living here. It's been alright. I do caution that the garden basement level apartments flodded the last 2 springs less than 1 standing inch .

|Recommended: YesAttentive and friendly staff, Morgan goes above and beyond to help her tenants. Quiet and calm atmosphere. Pool area and big laundromat, very large washers and dryers. Good floor plan. My only complaint is the hallways are a little shabby and could use a facelift.

|Recommended: YesThe flowers always stay pretty even when it's hot outside at Rosewood Village. The rabbits and squirrels are very friendly here, my dog loves them Lots of places to park under the shade. Very friendly neighbors as well Definitely enjoy living here.

|Recommended: YesI have lived with Wooten for years now. They are quick to help with matinence, my property manager is so friendly and helpful, and my rent has not gone up too much over the years like it does in a lot of places. I have never had any issues with Wooten, and I recommend them to anyone looking to move in Springfield
