|Recommended: YesThis is my third year at Rosewood Village and I am continuously impressed at the managements friendlies and professionalism. In the past 3 years I have seen improvements in the exterior lighting, balconies and grounds. I highly recommend looking into living here

|Recommended: YesI’ve lived here for almost two years. Maintenance does address issues when they arise, which I appreciate. However, I do feel the rent is a bit high for what you get. I chose to renew my lease mainly because they offer a 6-month lease option, which works well for my situation.

|Recommended: YesRosewood Village Living — I feel safe here in this location, security makes regular rounds, its not a bad area part of town and its relativity quiet living here. Some tenants don't pick up after their pets I have noticed and there has been some arguing outside lately but thats nothing for me. I have had some crappy homes before due to financial burdens in past or just needing a place to live. This property is well maintained, rules are enforced and is a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesI've lived here 3 1 2 years, and it's been good. Morgan is great and goes above and beyond Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. The laundry room is spacious and does a nice job. The apartment itself is nice. Sometimes the area is a little sketchy but hard to find anywhere that's not in SPFG

|Recommended: YesIt's been 3 years of living here. It's been alright. I do caution that the garden basement level apartments flodded the last 2 springs less than 1 standing inch .

|Recommended: YesAttentive and friendly staff, Morgan goes above and beyond to help her tenants. Quiet and calm atmosphere. Pool area and big laundromat, very large washers and dryers. Good floor plan. My only complaint is the hallways are a little shabby and could use a facelift.

|Recommended: YesThe flowers always stay pretty even when it's hot outside at Rosewood Village. The rabbits and squirrels are very friendly here, my dog loves them Lots of places to park under the shade. Very friendly neighbors as well Definitely enjoy living here.

They are quick to help with matinence, my property manager is so friendly and helpful, and my rent has not gone up too much over the years like it does in a lot of places. I have never had any issues with Wooten, and I recommend them to anyone looking to move in Springfield

|Recommended: YesI have lived at Rosewood Village for awhile now. I had a few issues with the old unit I was in and asked to be transferred to a new unit. I was living in the basement apartment and I am now on the 3rd floor. Morgan was so helpful with making everything go so smoothly with my transfer. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. The maintenance crew has also been very helpful anytime I have had something I needed fixed.

The move in process under a few different property managers was difficult but since Morgan has been the property manager things have gone smoothly. She is very communicative and quick to respond to any questions and address concerns. I have enjoyed my time living here and would recommend it to anyone looking.
