|Recommended: YesNot fancy new but affordable and decent apt for price. Generally quiet and safe area. Convenient location in Springfield but not a great view Kraft factory across street . Pool in summer. Laundry room. Lots of turnover in office and maintenance though they respond to simple requests when staffed. Maintenance generally does good job on simple requests but can be sloppy take shortcuts on stuff like regrouting loose tiles, recaulking cracked and moldy tub seal, leaving rough wall unpainted when replacing toilet with another size toilet, etc. Office staff can be very helpful at times, but also been brushed off with evasive corporate speak or told wrong info enough times over the years by different staff, so it sometimes helps to continue asking and get specifics for issue to be resolved. But in general, still a good enough apartment experience for affordable price.
Thank you for your detailed feedback, Jen. We're glad you find the apartment affordable and the area generally quiet and safe. We appreciate your patience with maintenance and office staff and will work on improving our service quality. Your input helps us enhance the living experience for everyone.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — It’s a great place to live.
|Recommended: YesWe are greatly impressed for the improvement the company makes consistently to maintain a good environment for living. It’s still rated as affordable despite the inflation. We have been living here for the past seven years. The environment is peaceful and the management responds promptly to maintenance issues. The laundry is automated via apps. This reduces stress and saves time and money. Payment of rental bill is also by auto pay if preferred. Overall, the apartment is highly recommended both for students and families.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, quiet and friendly. Location is fantastic, close to lots of restaurants and major stores. Highway access within a mile or so. Management is very good here.
|Recommended: YesRosewood Village — Literally the perfect apartment. I am so happy here - I've only been here a month and I am so happy to call this place home Staff is friendly and always get back with me within 24 hours should I need them.
|Recommended: YesLeasor — Righ now my only frustration is keeping the pool clean it’s summertime and a lot of people swim in it and it’s super cloudy please keep it well maintained everyone has waited all summer for it to become open and we only have it for a short time thanks
|Recommended: YesCold water — It’s nice here so far minus I can’t get my shower water to get even warm
|Recommended: YesPerfect place to start out — It’s not too expensive, it’s near two major highways, a Sam’s Club, and has a Neighborhood market within walking distance. It’s a good place to start if you’re trying to get out in your own for the first time, but are maybe stretched thin financially, are trying to save, or both.
