|Recommended: YesComfortable, affordable, relatively quiet. — A good place to live when you’re just starting out. We were in a pinch and found ourselves on the verge of homelessness when I came across these apartments. The staff are very understanding, apartments are decently sized, it’s not very loud. Perfect for families just beginning to grow, or single parents.

|Recommended: YesI have been living at Rosewood Village for almost a year now. They are owned by the Wooten Company. I picked the apartment complex because of the price and location. It is inexpensive and offers free internet. I have a 2 bedroom that was recently remodeled. It has been a great place for my daughter and I. It’s conveniently located close to colleges as well as shopping and restaurants. They offer a laundry facility that has been newly remodeled with 24 7 access. There is also a nice swimming pool to enjoy in the summer. They also have a maintenance crew that will fix anything in your apartment that you may be having issues with. The maintenance crew responds to issues quickly. Rosewood Village offers a convenient app to pay your rent and put in maintenance orders. The resident manager, Alex, is friendly and ready to assist the residents any way she can. I highly recommend Rosewood Village if you are looking for an affordable apartment that is conveniently located.

The units are well kept and have effecient heating cooling, the staff are very helpful, professional, and friendly, and the people living here are very kind and neighborly. It is also right off of Glenstone Avenue, so it's a short drive to anywhere I need to get. Overall, Rosewood is a very lovely place to live, and am happy I chose it over my other options.

The parking is good but my only issue is any time or any way I try to drive over or around the drains in the parking lot my car bottoms out. Other than that I have absolutely no problems

Thank you for the feedback! We're glad you are loving your new apartment and the community. We are hoping to improve our parking lot soon, plans are in the works, but they have not been finalized. We will be re-visiting the issue in the Spring once it's warm enough to continue upgrades.

|Recommended: YesI love it here — I’ve lived at Rosewood Village for almost a year now and I love it. Alex is super nice and helpful and she keeps dog treats in the office which my little dude loves. The grounds are always kept really nice. It took a little while to fix my leaking ceiling but eventually they got to it and I haven’t had any problems since.

|Recommended: YesAmazing, Especially for the Price — My experience so far has been great Alex is the best property manager I've dealt with so far. The price doesn't get much better, and being able to have a pet for an affordable price is another huge plus We've only lived here for around 3 months so far, but maintenance has been handled perfectly. Anytime I've had issues, I just run downstairs to the leasing office It's so convenient to have the office so close. Only issue we've had so far is with a neighbor, but the issue was resolved quickly and we haven't had any more issues 10 10 Would recommend
