|Recommended: YesGreat Deal, Great Place — Every apartment is close to the laundry area, the pool is well kept and perfect temperature. The rent is perfect and the apartment is beautiful. There is never an issue with finding a place to park, and you can barely hear other neighbors at all. I've toured other apartments, but I have to say for the price you get, and the great location next to Walmart and Dollar Tree, and being so so close to campus, it's a steal.

|Recommended: YesI find the property to be quite well maintained and a comfortable atmosphere. — Having only moved in a week ago I will say it's quiet and relaxed. The management, Ms. Alex, was very cooperative and helpful with my transfer from a previous Wooten Property. I fully expect to be happy and content here.

|Recommended: YesPerfect first month — I've only been a resident at Rosewood for a month now, but everything has been stellar. Alex was extremely helpful with getting my application processed quickly and kept me updated on the status. My apartment is a 1 Bedroom with the Washer and Dryer hookups and it's fantastic. Everything was clean and move in-ready. Thanks for such a great community Rosewood

|Recommended: YesGreat Staff, good location, Normal quality Housing — When you make a call you are able to expect maintenance or somebody the same day to arrive and try to help with whatever problem you have. Occasionally if a team member or a person quits their job Wooten replaces them although maybe not the fastest processed quality can't be rushed . So when any hardship is done and over we can expect this to be a quality place to live.
Everyone is trying their hardest visibly to get around to projects in a timely manner. Even if you don't notice anybody working on anything you can always go outside and see everything being improved, replaced, or repaired. It is a completely new experience to ever see anybody actually working in an apartment complex area.
There are only questions on rent when you're on a payment plan and if a manager was replaced. But a 1 minute trip to the office and say I am on a payment plan. receives an okay. Thank you. Please ignore the paper on your door and we walk out no problems.

|Recommended: YesPleasant and Quiet — Haven't had any issues living here besides getting a couple expired sodas out of the vending machine. Maintenance fixes issues promptly and effectively, staff is friendly and helpful, neighbors mind themselves and are never loud. Overall living here has been wonderful so far.
