|Recommended: YesI love it here — I’ve lived at Rosewood Village for almost a year now and I love it. Alex is super nice and helpful and she keeps dog treats in the office which my little dude loves. The grounds are always kept really nice. It took a little while to fix my leaking ceiling but eventually they got to it and I haven’t had any problems since.

|Recommended: YesAmazing, Especially for the Price — My experience so far has been great Alex is the best property manager I've dealt with so far. The price doesn't get much better, and being able to have a pet for an affordable price is another huge plus We've only lived here for around 3 months so far, but maintenance has been handled perfectly. Anytime I've had issues, I just run downstairs to the leasing office It's so convenient to have the office so close. Only issue we've had so far is with a neighbor, but the issue was resolved quickly and we haven't had any more issues 10 10 Would recommend

|Recommended: YesVery nice place, for my first apartment. — Rosewood Village is a pretty nice place. I just moved in and they have already come in to fix little things in my place. It is very clean and people are not too loud.

Response to maintenance requests is excellent.

|Recommended: YesGreat Deal, Great Place — Every apartment is close to the laundry area, the pool is well kept and perfect temperature. The rent is perfect and the apartment is beautiful. There is never an issue with finding a place to park, and you can barely hear other neighbors at all. I've toured other apartments, but I have to say for the price you get, and the great location next to Walmart and Dollar Tree, and being so so close to campus, it's a steal.

|Recommended: YesI find the property to be quite well maintained and a comfortable atmosphere. — Having only moved in a week ago I will say it's quiet and relaxed. The management, Ms. Alex, was very cooperative and helpful with my transfer from a previous Wooten Property. I fully expect to be happy and content here.

Alex was extremely helpful with getting my application processed quickly and kept me updated on the status. My apartment is a 1 Bedroom with the Washer and Dryer hookups and it's fantastic.
